Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Destination
We currently ship only within the United States (U.S. addresses only).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $100

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via DHL.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
